Join us in welcoming Peggy Paullin to our ONE Family in Spokane and North Idaho! Peggy was born in Montana and has bought/sold real estate in multiple states over the years, we are glad she is back in the Inland Northwest with us.
We asked her a few questions to get to know her better in a Q&A format;
𝗤: What is your favorite thing to do in Spokane
𝗔: I love all the beauty of Spokane, the parks and areas outside of Spokane like Greenbluff
𝗤: What is your favorite place to visit?
𝗔: Pitotti Coffee on Garland and Ferguson's Cafe on Garland are favorites. I also enjoy Clinkerdaggers. Love the atmosphere and the food. It's always fun to stop by any of the local farmer's markets during the summer and buy produce and fun locally sourced and made products.
𝗤: What do you enjoy doing the most when not at work?
𝗔: When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with friends, usually during happy hour. I also enjoy walking and being outdoors. During the summer I love being around water and enjoying the sun.
𝗤: Do you have a hobby or any other interests/passions?
𝗔: I love to decorate, so home decor and the latest trends are interesting to me.
𝗤: What is your market niche?
𝗔: I have had the privilege of working with military families relocating. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers as both are interesting and have their own special talents required to successfully close the transactions.
𝗤: What is your favorite type of home?
𝗔: I really love craftsman homes, especially those that date back to the last century on the South Hill.
𝗤: Anything else you would like to share?
𝗔: I am a wine enthusiast, so if you know of a wine-tasting or winery tour, that is always fun. I love to laugh, so being out with friends and attending good comedy shows is always a fun evening.
