Welcoming Realtor Travis Lawrence to Realty One Group Eclipse

By Matt Side - May 20, 2022

We have another ONEderful addition to our real estate family, join us in welcoming Travis Lawrence!

To learn a bit more about this adventurous family man, we asked the following questions in a Q&A format, check it out:

𝗤: What is your favorite thing to do in Spokane?

𝗔: My family and I love to explore Riverfront Park and all of its glory. From feeding the ducks and geese at the river, to riding the Looff Carousel, to feeding the garbage eating goat, to attending a live show in the summer at the Pavillion, to riding the gondolas over the Spokane Falls, to traversing over the suspension bridge over the river, to riding scooters on the Centennial Trail, we absolutely love to hang out in Downtown Spokane!

𝗤: What is your favorite place(s) to visit and why?

𝗔: Our favorite pizzeria has to be Market Street Pizza, and our favorite seafood and steakhouse is Hay J's Bistro. We love to attend the Liberty Lake farmers market on Saturday mornings! Our mission is to support local small businesses every step of our journey and enjoy getting to know, and being a part of this outstanding, local community.

𝗤: What do you enjoy doing the most when not at work?

𝗔: Playing outside at the park with our 3yr old daughter Aurora Jean, exploring the world.

𝗤: Do you have a hobby or any other interests/passions?

A: I love to golf, kayak, softball, bowling, hiking, camping, billiards, and biking the Centennial Trail.

𝗤: What is your market niche?

𝗔: I love to work with Buyers and treat them like part of the family, however, I prefer to work with Sellers as I enjoy exceeding expectations. Spokane Valley and surrounding areas like Otis Orchards, Liberty Lake, Millwood and Newman Lake are areas I specialize in; however, the South Hill is right up there followed by Indian Trail, 5-mile, and Wandermere neighborhoods.

𝗤: What is your favorite type of home and why?

𝗔: My favorite type of home would have to be Victorian or Queen Anne. I love the history in the early 1900's and love how it is showcased throughout some of our local neighborhoods on the South Hill and other historic parts of Spokane. Practically speaking, I absolutely love a good Art Deco or Contemporary design, and also really enjoy touring mid-century modern updated homes!

𝗤: Anything else that is exciting, unique or a fun that you’d like to share?

𝗔: I am a baseball fanatic and we love to attend Spokane Indians games when we can. A die-hard Seattle Mariners fan, I have followed the team religiously, attending games at the Kingdome when I was a boy. I played baseball for 15 years until I blew out my elbow in college and hung up the cleats. I still love to play softball in the summer in the Valley and help out the kiddos when I can.
