Property Description
Ready to go Ski in / Ski out lot on Schweitzer Mountain with access to Creekside Chairlift. The unseen hard work has been done including land and geo tech surveys, tree clearing, storm water draining plan, Schweitzer committee meeting approval as well as Bonner County building permit approval. Engineering and house plans are also included. This lot is gently sloping and .54 of an acre in size. Community water and sewer available while avoiding HOA fees. Use the current plan and save time and money or create your own new vision. Schweitzer master plan calls for a ski in / ski out road at the bottom of property for easier access to the slopes, a new lodge below the property and another chairlift planned to the back side of the mountain. This is your chance to get a lot in an ideal location before the inevitable price increases.
