NOW more than ever..............
If there was a time when people needed a realtor, it is now!!
With the market taking a big shift, more now than ever, people need a hardworking, honest, ethical, and knowledgeable agent to help them through this changing market. We have seen the roller coaster “waves” throughout the years, and at a time when many agents decide to make a change in their careers when the going gets tough, Sheri just digs in her heels and works even harder to fulfill her client’s needs and expectations. She is firmly committed to her career in Real Estate and will continue to be there to listen carefully to you and will definitely “Go the Extra Mile” to serve your Real Estate needs. Her professionalism and expertise are the difference you cannot afford to be without no matter what kind of market we are experiencing.
Sheri has been a realtor since 2001, and her hard work and dedication along with her terrific communication skills with her clients and peers, has paid off! Most of her business is from referrals from people who have been very happy with her service, and it was obvious when she was extremely surprised to hear that she was voted “Best of the City” for Realtor in the Spokane Coeur d Alene Magazine in 2019. Then in 2021 she was very humbled to hear she was voted “Best Realtor” in the “INLANDER Best of the Inland Northwest”. It’s the public who vote for those prestigious awards, so it shows she takes great care of her clients.
Sheri’s background work history and extreme work ethics have been a huge advantage and real benefit for her clients. With her 6 yrs of being a home builder, along with working with her husband Ron in excavation, her extensive background in both building and excavation has contributed towards her knowledge and expertise in her real estate career. She has physically been down in the ditches installing numerous drain fields, septic systems, and sewer lines. She can point out the difference of an older 3-tab roof vs an updated architectural roof, explain the difference between an active and passive radon system, and can try to determine if an additional bathroom could be added in the basement with a lot of determining factors. She will normally check out the electrical panel boxes to see if they are a Federal Pacific brand, for they have been recalled, along with the era of when the LP siding had the class action suit.
The excavation background has been a huge benefit for her clients that are looking at raw land with the dream of building their own home. She and her husband Ron, who is also a licensed realtor that works with Sheri, both have a general knowledge of the different types of soil, and the challenges it can create with building homes. They will both look for the perfect slope to provide the desirable daylight walk-out basement and point out to their clients where the sun rises and sets, so they can determine how they may want to design their home. Evening shade is perfect for those summer BBQ’s!
With Sheri also having a long-lasting love for horses since she was a small girl, she has a tremendous amount of knowledge in equestrian properties. She was the owner of numerous horses through the years, and two very fine mules. One was a fabulous pack mule, and the other was a terrific show mule. The many years of horse ownership is also a large benefit for her equestrian clients.
If you are currently in the market of buying or selling an existing home, looking to build a new home, or are interested in an equestrian property, you need to rely on Sheri Tilton’s expertise of over 24 yrs in Real Estate. She will definitely “Go the Extra Mile” for you! That is why Sheri is blessed with over 90% of her business coming from referrals, and she will always strive to fulfill her client’s needs and expectations.
